Registration Fees Include; Congress documents, access to all scientific sessions and exhibition, coee breaks, certificate of attendance, exclusive VAT of %20.

Registration requests will be finalized after the written application and payment receipts are sent to Ethiccon Congress Organization and written confirmation is sent.

The above mentioned registration fees do not include the external participation fee, the external participation fee will be requested from all participants who do not stay in the congress hotel or make their hotel reservation through the organization secretariat, and the relevant fee includes the use of hotel all-inclusive services between 09:00-18:00 during the congress, participation in social programs and scientific meetings. External participation fee is 350.-Euro + VAT.

• Group transfers are valid for the area-hotel-area on May 16 and May 19.
• The above hotel rates include 3 nights all-inclusive accommodation and congress social programs are included, 12% VAT is excluded.
• Accommodation requests; written application and payment receipts to Ethiccon Congress Organization will be finalized upon receipt of written confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

All reservation cancellations must be notified to Ethiccon Congress Organization in writing.

• If notified by February 16, 2024, all registration fees will be fully refunded.
• For cancellations after February 17, 2024, no refund will be made.
